We use Upstash Redis, a managed database service hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), to implement rate-limiting and protect our forms from spam. Upstash temporarily stores IP addresses and request counters for up to 1 hour; the entries are automatically deleted after this period. Upstash acts as our data processor under a Data-Processing Agreement (DPA). No other personal information is stored there.

We use a CDN-provided country code to prefill the phone country code in our contact form. We store this in a functional ‘preferred-country’ cookie (up to 1 year). This is not used for tracking or advertising, and you can change the country at any time. We do not store your IP address for this purpose.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to measure anonymous usage and performance (no cookies). These insights help us improve the site.

We use functional cookies only: ‘preferred-locale’ (remembers your language, up to 1 year) and ‘preferred-country’ (prefills phone country code, up to 1 year).

We send contact form details via Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) to deliver emails. Primary region configured: Ireland (eu‑west‑1). Resend may process data in the United States; transfers rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Sub‑processor list: resend.com/legal/subprocessors. We do not enable Resend open/link tracking.
