Familiar, reimagined.
We rebuilt ECC's website around the people who come looking for help: clearer content and navigation, a calmer look based on the existing brand, and multilingual content.

The previous site crammed a long menu, service descriptions, languages and contact details into a static layout with little hierarchy, and it had recurring problems on phones. Visitors struggled to see what ECC actually does or how to get in touch.

Content first.
We started with the content: what ECC offers, who it helps, and what someone should do next. That became a simple structure of services, real case examples, the team and a direct contact page. The design builds on the existing logo and blue, with Work Sans, generous spacing and photography of the people ECC supports.
Now in three languages.
The whole site is now multilingual, where before only a few sections were translated. It works reliably on every device and screen size, pages load much faster than before, and since launch the site has already brought in new contacts for ECC.
